We do not sell, rent, or trade commercial inquiries or personal information to third parties. All lead submissions are treated under pharmaceutical B2B confidentiality standards.
For clinical trial sponsors, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), and biopharma manufacturers located within the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK), VeritasRx acts as a Data Controller for B2B commercial contact data and a Data Processor for logistics chain-of-custody data.
- Right of Access & Portability: You may request an export of all contact records and RFQ archives held by our lead desk.
- Right to Rectification & Erasure: You may request immediate correction or permanent deletion of non-statutory commercial inquiries ("Right to be Forgotten").
- Lawful Basis for Processing: We process inbound RFQ and vendor audit submissions on the basis of legitimate commercial interest and pre-contractual steps under GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
- Regulatory Retention Exceptions: Chain-of-custody records subject to FDA 21 CFR Part 211, DSCSA EPCIS serialization (6-year statutory retention), or DEA CSOS requirements cannot be altered or deleted prior to federal expiration.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California business representatives and individuals hold specific statutory rights:
- No Sale of Personal Information: VeritasRx does NOT sell or share personal information with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

In accordance with our commercial proposal deliverables, VeritasRx deploys enterprise perimeter defenses:

- Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF): Automated distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) mitigation and intelligent rate limiting.
- Automated Bot Defense: Form fields and RFQ submissions are protected against spam, credential stuffing, and injection attacks.
